Why I Started Shape Shift Body Contouring

My journey into body contouring began when I saw a Facebook ad offering laser lipo for less than $100. I decided to learn more, but when I arrived, I discovered the advertised price of $59 wasn’t the actual cost. A single session was $599.
I felt pressured to buy an expensive package and take on financing—something I later regretted. At the same time, the treatments did give me results I hadn’t been able to achieve before. But because I could only treat certain areas, my results felt uneven. My stomach was flatter, while my love handles remained.
That experience left me with questions. As I continued with my treatments, I became interested in how body contouring worked and what the science said. I began researching and wondered if there was a better way to treat the body: working around the area more thoroughly instead of leaving sections untouched.
I spent the next year learning, researching, and developing an approach that I felt could provide a more complete treatment experience. I also kept thinking about the high prices and pressure I had experienced—and how many people might be shut out of instant fat reduction treatments because they couldn’t afford them.
I wanted to create a place where people could feel comfortable asking questions, understand what they were paying for, and explore body contouring without feeling pressured to go into debt.
That’s why I created Shape Shift Body Contouring: to offer our community a welcoming experience, honest pricing, and treatments designed with care. My hope is to help more people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
